All meetings are held at the Borough Hall Council Chambers beginning at 7:00pm on the night of the meeting listed above. All agendas and minutes from previous meetings are posted on the bulletin board in the Clerk's Office at Borough Hall, as well as sent to be posted in The Record before the next scheduled meeting date.

The Board of Health is comprised of volunteers appointed by the Mayor and Council. The purpose of the Board of Health is to establish policy and protect the health and well-being of the citizens of Bogota. These volunteer residents include medical professionals, as well as a mix of individuals from a broad spectrum of the community.
The Board of Health oversees a full-time Registrar of Vital Statistics.

Marriage License Applications are by appointment only!
Requirements When Applying for a Marriage License

Either applicant must reside in the Borough of Bogota. Both bridge and groom must show proof of residence (driver's license, lease showing Bogota address, utility bill or bank statement).

Both applicants must be present together with one witness who must know both applicants and be at least 18 years old.

Applicants must present social security number and State ID or Passport.

If either party is divorced or widowed, FINAL divorce degree or death certificate must be presented.

Date of marriage and marriage officiant must be known before marriage license application appointment.

There is a 72-hour wait period before license is issued.

License is valid for 30 days from date of issue.

The application fee is $28.00 and must be paid in check or money order.
